03/27/2001	Nasdaq vs Nikkei comparison revisited
	As we noted in our previous commentary, the analogy between Nasdaq and Nikkei charts gave us the right scenario of US high-tech index direction. We had a January short-lived rally to 2900 (our target was 3K) and now it is quickly approaching our next down target of 1400. The rally was mostly fueled by unexpected Fed decision to cut interest rates by 50bp, but it lasted only one month. Then disappointed by economic news public and professional players started to sell their CSCO and JDSU stocks again ...
