	This pattern is usually considered by the chartists as a continuation formation. But also it can serve as a reversal one. The economy is getting weaker and we don't think the investors gonna make another bubble from the old economy stocks this time. If the pattern turns to be a reversal formation, then the first down target for DJIA is at 7500 to 8000 range.
